At Luxe Da Vie, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return your order under the conditions below.

Return Conditions

• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it (right of withdrawal).

• After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

• Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and unused condition.

• Candles, soaps, perfumes, and hammam towels can only be returned if they are unused and still sealed in their original packaging.

• Personalized or perishable items (such as food and beverages) cannot be returned.

Return Costs

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was delivered incorrectly or is damaged.

• Once your return has been approved, we will refund the full purchase amount, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days.

How to request a return

2. We will provide you with return instructions.

3. Pack the item securely and return it to:

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. opened cosmetics, candles, soaps, perfumes, or hammam towels that are not in their original packaging).

• Personalized items.
